SUMMARY

Robinson Helicopter Company (RHC) is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Director to lead our comprehensive digital presence. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing our digital spaneting ecosystem, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms. Youll be a key driver of RHC’s digital spaneting growth and success, collaborating across engineering, sales, spaneting, and communications. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital future of an iconic brand in the aviation industry, with a focus on long-term strategy and measurable outcomes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Agency Management & Project Leadership: You will oversee, and long-term project manage two external agencies, ensuring their work aligns with RHCs strategic goals and delivers on key performance indicators. This includes developing short-term and long-term timelines, holding agencies accountable for deliverables, and maintaining strong project management discipline to achieve business targets and advance our digital brand value.
  • Oversee Advertising Campaigns: Develop, manage, and optimize strategic advertising campaigns in conjunction with the agency across platforms such as paid print, digital Google Ads, and display networks, maximizing reach, ROI and driving actionable and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Formulate and execute integrated digital spaneting campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, strong email spaneting campaigns via the company’s CRM, and content spaneting to achieve RHCs business objectives.
  • Provide Website Leadership & Agency Oversight: Guide and long-term project manage an external agency dedicated to UX development, maintenance, and optimization of the RHC website. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless user experience, align with brand strategy, and drive significant traffic and conversions.
  • Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and scale RHCs social media plan, significantly growing engagement and driving actionable outcomes. Youll also manage a dedicated Social Media Strategist responsible for day-to-day posting across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Track and meticulously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire RHC digital brand ecosystem. Youll provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our external agencies and internal RHC team members to create cohesive, integrated campaigns. Youll provide strategic guidance and foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment across experience spaneting and dealer and service center spaneting.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously research and identify new digital spaneting trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and bring new growth opportunities to RHC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor of Arts degree in spaneting, advertising, communications, digital strategy, or a related field and 7+ years of proven experience in a digital spaneting leadership role, with a strong emphasis on strategy, agency management, and long-term project oversight or an equivalent with more than 12 years’ experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor actionable messaging to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital spaneting, including SEO, SEM, social media spaneting, content strategy, email spaneting, CRM systems and execute integrated campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively juggle multiple complex projects with finesse, prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across various initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop short-term and long-term timelines and strong project management skills to achieve business targets and advance digital brand value.
• Adaptable and flexible in a team environment, adjusting to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Oracle CRM, Oracle Eloqua, Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, iMovie, Uniqode, and InDesign.  
• A passion for transportation, aviation and/or Robinson Helicopter's legacy of innovation.
