We are seeking a Director, Voice & C2 who will elevate a cross-functional programs and drive bottom line results. They will own a strategy to execution alignment, drive disciplined governance and accelerate profitable growth.
What You Will Do
- Lead a portfolio of programs consisting of 7 program managers and a cross functional organization of 150+ staff and sales of $100M+ in day-to-day execution of all aspects of the Integrated Solutions portfolio.
- Accountable for Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash of the program area and programs
- Develop growth strategies for the program area
- Lead continuous improvement activities across the program area
- Support the PCS bookings, sales, profit and cash metrics
- Active participation in strategy and cross-functional talent development as a member of the PCS Product Line Team
- Maintain and improve customer relationships with the DoD acquisition customer base, DoD industry primes, and end-user communities
- Drive program execution and profitable growth focus through a rigorous business cadence of program and functional reviews
- Drive and execute plans for strategic investment to capture emerging spanet needs while maintaining and protecting the core business base
- Collaborate with customer, industry and other RTX product lines to refine and implement our strategies
- Champion development of new program management and functional talent
- Accountable for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned programs
- Support the program management and functional management teams in all aspects of program management based on your subject matter expertise
- Support the development of new business growth strategies, with a focus on growing the business for both existing and future capabilities
- Develop and present the program area Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial outlook and commitments to specific financial goals and obligations
- Lead cross-functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) such as contracts, finance, supply chain, operations, quality, etc. to ensure flawless execution
- Own the senior customer interface for the program area
- Ability to travel approximately 25
Qualifications You Must Have
- Experience managing P&L, including bookings, sales, profit and/or cash flow for multiple programs.
- DoD domain expertise with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Must have leadership experience preferably managing cross functional teams.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience.

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
