This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term project stability and competitive pay.

Position OverviewThe Project Manager will operate under an agency contract to provide project management services overseeing multiple facility integration tasks in accordance with Global Facility Standards. This individual will serve as the agency representative, coordinating closely with site-level leadership and the integration team to ensure successful execution of all project phases.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject PlanningDevelop a comprehensive project plan in collaboration with local site teams and the integration team
Define timelines, milestones, and cost tracking mechanisms
Manage scope, schedule, and budget performance
Design CoordinationPartner with engineering design firms to obtain stamped drawings
Ensure designs comply with Factory Mutual (FM) standards
Coordinate design revisions and approvals as required
Permitting & ComplianceSecure required building and fire permits
Ensure compliance with local codes and Facility Standards
Maintain documentation for regulatory and internal audits
Testing & Abatement CoordinationCoordinate demolition-area testing and abatement activities
Ensure abatement is performed by approved direct contractors
Monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance
Contractor OversightEscort contractors and subcontractors as required
Enforce site security and safety protocols
Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards
DeliverablesDetailed project plan and timeline
Ongoing progress reporting to the integration team
Clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders
Final inspection, validation, and project handover
Performance ExpectationsFull compliance with Facility Standards
On-time completion of all integration tasks
Strict adherence to SQDC principles, with safety as the highest priority
Required QualificationsProven experience in facility or capital project management
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and abatement procedures
Some Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
