ET11A Configuration Manager leader for HIL Progam (military version of H160) (f/m)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Configuration Manager leader for HIL Progam (military version of H160) based in Marignane, France.
You will ensure and support the overall H160M helicopter design configuration.

More precisely you will ensure thoses main activities which are:

• Ensure the change board Management which defines the ECR (Enterprise change Request) and ECP (Enterprise Change Proposal)

• Ensure the product policy and contract which defines the detailed configuration to build an A/C until delivery (ATBB &61;&61;> As To Be Built).

• Ensure all the management of the producture structure and the synchronization of equipments/software & document management with central data team

• Ensure and support configuration processes for developpment, certification and serial phase

In this function you will have permanent exchanges as the configuration focal point with Program, Chief Engineer, Design Lead Function, Airworthiness, Industry departments and Support & Service departments.

Your challenges:

• You will be in a challenging environment, with an developpment phase for H160M and the preparation of certified and serial configuration for H160M.

• You will ensure the strong position of the configuration needs inside H160M plateau link to team skills and mindset.

• You will ensure all Configuration deliverable following H160M Program milestones including Prototype A/C.

• You will support the H160 squad leader for all Workload and budget aspects of H160M configuration including subcontracting activities (orders and reception)

• You will ensure DEV08 process application regarding the operational world supported by the Expert team.

• You will follow configuration Management strategy defined by head of Configuration

• You will ensure and support onevoice configuration for H160 military and civil given by the H160 squad leader

Your profile:

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in complex industrial environment (aerospace, automotive)

• Team Management, leadership, customer Oriented, team spirit focus on PDCA and welcome problem attitude

• Real interest for digital solutions and continuous improvement mindset

• French (fluent) and professional level in English

• Basic knowledge of Helicopter systems would be a plus

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
