LifeSaver Project Delivery Manager (d/f/m)
LifeSaver is a new programme that Airbus develops jointly with International SOS to support governments worldwide with the improvement of Emergency Medical Services. For that purpose, LifeSaver integrates leading edge technologies, such as eVTOL, UAV, AI and more, to improve emergency services for everyone in need.
The Airbus LifeSaver Team is fully embedded in the Airbus Urban Mobility organisation that develops the next generation of eVTOL aircraft and acts as the system integrator for entirely new ecosystems - including advanced air medical services.
LifeSaver programs are implemented through comprehensive dedicated projects. The LifeSaver Project Delivery Manager will identify, design and deliver those projects from start to end. The candidate will work directly with political decision makers, EMS professionals and technology experts in the county, as well as stakeholders at Airbus (across divisions) and International SOS. The candidate will also be strongly involved with the development of the LifeSaver solution as such, ensuring that customer requirements and new technological solutions are fully reflected in the development roadmap.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Execute complex innovation projects, from start to finish
Coordinate a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders across multiple organisations and disciplines
Organise and lead project reviews and other kind of stakeholder meetings
Prepare all relevant project documentation
Develop financial models / light business cases and data analytics
Analyse diverse types of data to support decision making
Desired skills and qualifications
Bachelor&39;s Degree with additional qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in customer facing roles
Work experience as a consultant is a strong plus
Strong analytical and structured, systematic problem solving skills
Excellent English language skills (oral and written); an additional language is a plus
A passion for “Tech for Good” and “Impact Business”
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PMP and/or comparable project management certifications desirable
Language Skills: English and German - fluent
To be close to our clients, this position requires readiness to travel.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
