We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Electrical Supervisor to lead the installation, wiring, and pressure testing of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) equipment in a substation/industrial environment. Spotswood, NJ (Onsite)

About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role. You will supervise electricians and installers, ensure work meets safety and quality standards, and support high-voltage grid infrastructure projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate electricians and installation crews
Lead wiring and pressure rise testing of high voltage GIS equipment
Interpret and work from technical drawings and electrical schematics
Manage union contractor crews and assign work effectively
Ensure installation work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Make sound field decisions related to installation methods and efficiency
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Required Qualifications3–5+ years of electrical field experience
Prior supervisory, foreman, or crew lead experience
Experience with high voltage equipment, switchgear, substations, or power systems
Strong understanding of electrical tools and measurement equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
