We are looking for a Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Architect Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. This role is ideal for a strategic, visionary, results-driven individual who understands how to define and govern enterprise AI architecture that is scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and fully aligned with business strategy. This leader sets the technical direction for advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI across the organization, establishing reference architectures, standards, and lifecycle management practices that accelerate delivery while managing risk. Partnering closely with IT, Commercial, Operations, Security, and Compliance, this role translates high-priority use cases into industrialized AI platforms and shared services, ensuring responsible AI adoption, regulatory alignment, and sustainable value creation at enterprise scale.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are highly desirable
- Certifications in security, data, or AI specialties are a plus
Experience:
- 5–8+ years of experience in technology architecture and engineering roles within complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and scaling ML/AI solutions in production environments
- 3+ years leading technical teams, architecture governance, or enterprise-wide standards
- Proven experience defining target-state and reference architectures, leading architecture reviews, and managing cross-domain dependencies
- Hands-on expertise designing ML systems including feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring
- Experience implementing GenAI patterns such as RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings/vector search, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
- Demonstrated experience establishing MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD for models and prompts, model registries, experiment tracking, automated evaluation, drift monitoring, and retraining strategies
- Experience architecting AI integration into enterprise platforms (eCommerce, CRM, loyalty, contact center, operations) using APIs and event-driven architectures
- Business-fluent English required
Skills to succeed:
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance models that enable scalable and repeatable delivery
- Strong knowledge of Responsible AI principles including privacy, explainability, bias mitigation, model governance, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in cloud-based AI ecosystems and cost optimization strategies (FinOps, build vs. buy vs. partner decisions)
- Advanced data architecture fluency including warehouse/lakehouse platforms, data governance, metadata, lineage, and AI-enabled data products
- Ability to design performance and quality measurement frameworks linking model evaluation metrics to business KPIs
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance risk, performance, scalability, cost, and time-to-value
- Executive-level communication skills to translate AI and GenAI concepts into business impact and investment decisions
- Leadership capability to mentor architects and engineers, conduct design reviews, establish communities of practice, and elevate engineering standards
- Ability to establish pragmatic governance frameworks that ensure security and compliance without slowing innovation
