What Youll DoIn this high-impact sales leadership role, you will:
- Drive new business growth by proactively securing brokerage listings and acquisition agreements.
- Own the entire aircraft sales lifecycle-valuation, pricing, spaneting, negotiation, and closing.
- Market and sell both Elliott Jets inventory and client listings with precision and speed.
- Identify off‑spanet opportunities and emerging customer needs.
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue, margin, and inventory goals.
- Represent Elliott Jets at conferences, industry events, and networking venues nationwide.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client experiences and accurate documentation.
- Stay sharp with ongoing spanet intelligence, competitor insights, and aircraft value trends.
What You Bring- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management-or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of direct aircraft sales, aircraft brokerage, or business aviation sales experience.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding aircraft sales targets.
- Strong understanding of aircraft valuation, pre‑buys, and transaction structures.
- A robust aviation network (owners, operators, brokers, lenders, MROs, etc.).
- Proven ability to independently generate leads and close complex, high‑value deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, CRM discipline, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Part 91/135 operations, MRO relationships, or fleet groups.
- Familiarity with key industry platforms: Controller, Amstat, Jetnet, Aircraft Post, Aircraft Exchange, etc.
- Ability to assess logbooks, maintenance status, and competitive comps.
- A self‑directed, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
