Description:This Manufacturing Manager within the Sensor Integration Test Center (SITC) will be responsible for leading the Fabrication Operations Mission Area to include F-35 EOTS Windows, Shrouds, Longbow, ADWS, and the SITC Paint Shops and will report to the Sr. Manager of SITC (Center Manager). This position will have direct responsibility for the manufacturing staff and will also direct the daily activities of the functional support staff supporting Fab Ops.

Candidates must have direct leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment and be able to balance multiple program priorities through a common manufacturing facility. This position will work closely with the SITC Center Manger and Sr. Staff and will be accountable for planning labor and equipment capacity, including management of the capital investment required to execute the planned business. Other responsibilities include recruiting and retention of technician and supervision staff in a Collective Bargaining Agreement (union) environment, management of Fab Ops performance to safety, quality, schedule, technical and cost targets and implementation of continuous improvement process through the use of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience leading in a manufacturing environment, or 6 years of other relevant leadership experience.

Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a workforce with diverse technical skills, through dynamic technical, cost, and schedule challenges.

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced environment and demonstrated ability to make decisions, delegate responsibilities, take ownership for deliverables, and execute through effective communications in both factory and leadership settings.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
