Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f)

Job Description:

You will be part of a team participating actively to the challenges of digitalization of Airbus Helicopters, providing Extended Enterprise Solutions which enable Airbus Helicopters Suppliers, Partners, Customers and employees to access AH Information Systems & services from their premises, in-line with stringent commitments on service level agreements and Security company policies. As part of the multifunctional team of the Extended Enterprise Product Service Line within the &34;Information Management (IM) Infrastructures & Digital Platforms&34; domain, you will be involved in end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects, change requests and demand management aiming to deliver End to End Extended Enterprise complete solution to our Suppliers, Partners, customers, Airbus Group and Airbus Helicopters users.

Your challenges:

As IT Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you are accountable for the delivery of the following IM services:

Business consulting:

-Support Business in the definition of the activity to be externalized and the associated use cases

Extended Enterprise solutions design:

-Support EE (Extented Entreprise) Product Service Line (PSL) architect solution during the definition of the appropriate Extended Enterprise solution to address business requirements

-Support in the delivery of POC

Projects:

-As Project Leader (or WP Leader), lead and contribute to the implementation, the acceptance and the run organization of the complete EE solution with a high level of coordination expected in regards to all stakeholders.

Run:

-To ensure monitoring & service continuity on Extended Enterprise products

-Incident, request management, change management, demand management (Supplier set-up, …)

-To manage escalation

-To improve awareness, usage of existing solutions

-To identify opportunities for harmonization and streamline the EE solution portfolio in close alignment with the business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture framework

-To foster the harmonization of French and German Extended Enterprise activity organization/processes/solutions/…

To reach these objectives you have a key role of coordinator and facilitator working closely with all the IM and business stakeholders. You ensure their good level of contribution for both run & build activities.

Your main interfaces will be:

- AH (Airbus Helicopters) IM organization: Technology services Product Service Lines (in particular Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, Hosting, Cloud&Automation), Applications and Security departments,

- AH Business: Methods & Tools and Business contracts representatives,

- AH Security Corporate

- AH Export control

- Airbus Helicopters Customer Centers (22 subsidiaries all around the world)

- All other Airbus division

Your profile:

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:

- Master&39;s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.

- Strong IT background with several years of experience in the IT operational environment ensuring the vision and the integration of the IT landscape.

- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality deliverables.

- Partner & Subcontractor Mgnt, stakeholders management, Customers expectations & needs.

- Experience in working in agile mode.

- Team spirit and good relationships as well as service mindedness and accountability are key values for this job position.

-Analyze and problem-solving skills.

- French negotiation level.

- English negotiation level.

This role will involve some regular traveling in Europe and as such you will need to be able to travel accordingly.

This position is offered on a local contract only.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
