We are seeking an F100 Forecast Deputy to join the F100 Fleet and Materials Integration Team. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the F100 Fleet & Materials Integration Manager in the regular and ad-hoc forecasting changes and updates. This is a high visibility role that interfaces with all business functions including sustainment program management, material management, production, strategy, engine management, operations, SIOP, finance and more.

What You Will Do

  • Complete the requests, approvals and communication for the Cycle Forecast updates and ad-hoc forecast changes

  • Update Build of Materials (BOMs) for forecasting based on customer inputs, engineering changes, and supplier inputs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate as required to drive resolution of forecasting misalignments

  • Monitor and validate updates to ensure consistency and data integrity

  • Executive report out of forecast changes

  • Monitor and ensure execution of the remaining L3 CAR action items

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management or An advanced degree with 5 years of experience in aerospace, product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

  • Master Data, MRP Scheduling, SAP experience, and Planning Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Excel Skills related to v-lookups, macros, Power Query, VBA, Access Databases, and SQL

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Qlik, PowerBI, and/or any other visualization tool experience

  • SIOP, Planning, and Inventory experience

  • Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships

  • Proven organizational and project management skills

  • At least 2+ years of experience with Military Engines Programs

  • Forward thinking, strategic planning experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
