Description:F16 SR Control Account Manager (CAM)- Greenville SC

This role will support F16 Production Programs and will be responsible for a multitude of financial activities including establishing and managing cost baselines and
Estimates at Completion (EAC), conducting
Earned Value analysis, support to touch analysis, headcount and staffing analysis, risk analysis and mitigation solutions, and variance analysis.

This role requires data mining and data analysis
as well as presenting findings to senior
management. Additionally, it will involve the
development of production operations cost
estimates and other proposal support activities.
The ability to communicate well and work as a
team with co-workers and stakeholders across
multiple sites will be key in this role.

Responsibilities May Include, but not be limited to:
• Manage control account performance, elevate concerns and issues where appropriate to program management and other impacted control account managers
• Monitor all elements of cost through entire process, track EVM performance and provide monthly updates
• Control and implement Work Authorization Documents for control accounts
• Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans
• Conduct analysis on actuals for Control Accounts for accuracy
• Ensure Estimates at Complete (EACs) for assigned Control Accounts are credible
• Analyze and report variances (VARs) and proactively implement corrective action plans that address the root cause(s) of any issues
• Attend weekly Earned Value Meeting (Program cost and schedule meeting) and month-end reviews with Program Management
• Ensure audit ready files are maintained for Control Accounts to facilitate discussions with Government and internal audit teams
• Ensure current CAM certification and training is always maintained

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree with 3 years experience or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree

• Experience with Earned Value, Financial Reporting, Job Costing, or Budgets

• Experience with meeting business rhythm objectives and deadlines in fast-paced environment

• Experience in detailed analysis using Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate reporting

• Experience with analyzing project data and determining the resources needed to achieve business objectives
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin CAM processes and policies (PPMP) or equivalent

• Strong communication, problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills

• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams by leading discussions, determining resolutions to problems, and working issues to closure

• Accept responsibility, accountability, and exercise authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success

• Experience with reviews/audits as the CAM answering the questions in interviews

• Strong verbal and written communication interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills

• IFG Production Operations experience

• CAM (Control Account Manager) certified or attended LMMFC CAM 101 course

• Exceptional Presentation Skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
