Description:Performs financial analysis and supervisory functions in a lead role capacity. Selected candidate will provide leadership in Production and Quality Business Operations day-to-day activities including accounts payable, cost & schedule management, cost prevention and administration for Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver Systems (TM/CMS) and Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) LOBs. The primary site is in Troy, Alabama but occasional travel will be required to Orlando Operations, Florida. Additionally, this position will be expected to provide daily direction and oversight to a team of four financial analysts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Prod Ops & Quality Business Operations, in positions of increasing responsibility and leadership.
• Experience in a Bus Ops Program Lead capacity in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience advising and presenting to Program Finance and Operations Management on Production Operations and Quality financial positions, cost performance, affordability strategies, risks and opportunities.
• Experience with developing proposals, make/buy analysis, and customer negotiations.
• Experience with Development, Production, and Sustainment type contracts.
• Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.
Desired Skills:
• Detail manufacturing and quality labor cost control & estimating experience on development and production environments. Knowledge of MFCs touch labor clocking/Apriso system, labor reporting, and MRP SAP.
• Experience with LM financial systems (SAP, EFS).
• Ability to partner across cross-functional team to drive business results.
• Program experience as a Prod Ops & Quality Bus Ops Lead. Knowledge of MFCs production sites to Orlando, Ocala, and Pike County Operations.
• Understanding of Production Operations indirect type expenses to include overhead, capital, and NBAE.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
