Thank you for your interest in working at Bell! This position is an individual contributor position responsible for administration and control of all financial, contractual and operational matters as well as administers Bell Credit Policy to ensure cash flow/financial objectives are met.

The position is also accountable to support senior management with execution of policies/procedures. The position is based in Ebisu (Tokyo).

Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the local managers and employees to maintain operations that will improve business processes and performance.

2. Responsible for preparation of annual operating budget, monthly forecast, AOP and LRP.

3. Responsible for pricing activities for Storefront, PF and Able.

4. Ensures monthly financial statements are completed accurately on schedule, and in a compliant manner.

5. Maintain full set of General Ledger for the company, ensure the accuracy & the timeliness submission of month end closing through Company ERP system - SAP.

6. Interface with the support internal/external auditors, ensure all processes and controls are functioning as intended and develop corrective action plans where applicable.

7. Coordinate tax filling with Bell, Textron and Tax agencies – Employee Income Tax & Corporate Income Tax matters.

8. Ensure all accounting transactions to conform Textron/Bell HQ’s internal controls, established policies.

9. Collaborate with HQ accounting department to oversee and ensure:

- Account reconciliations are completed

- Cash flow management including Cash App

- Taxes are filed accurately and timely

- Monthly, quarterly and annual payments to vendors and Interco payments.

- CAR requirement are completed

10. Manage payroll submission to the payroll provider & on time payroll payment to employees.

11. Complete Ad hoc requests from supervisor (based on business needs)

Positions Requirements

1. Degree or CPA equivalent

2. 10 years’ experience in overseeing whole of Company's financial, contractual, budgeting/rolling forecast, tax and development/execution of policies for Company's business. Experience in management of cash flow and receivables, creation and administration of annual operating plan to address cash flow, forecasting, taxes and manpower requirements.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Well-developed communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong experience on SAP applications, advanced Excel and meticulous about numbers.
