UnspecifiedWe are hiring a Finance Manager for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the site controller
- Lead annual budgeting and LRP
- Financial reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for actuals, and LE with supporting variance analyses to plan and prior LE
- Support Goodrich Asia-Pacific Limited Joint Venture
- Validate monthly site reporting in HFM is complete and accurate
- Working effectively with internal and external customers
- Maintain a robust internal control environment
- Finance lead for annual audit (internal and PWC)
- Help maintain and strengthen the control environment including Sarbanes-Oxley and other control related activities, adherence to company policies and procedures
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations by business unit
- Support site leadership team
- Participate in site’s continuous improvement events and activities
- Support ad hoc and/or Global projects
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience OR
- In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of US GAAP and HKFRS
- Qualified CPA/ACCA/CIMA equivalent
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent
- Experience of manufacturing or related environment
- Experience of MNC or dual reporting lines
- Experience with ERP system (SAP preferred) and experience with HFM
- Experience using Excel, MS office
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
- Experience with BlackLine, AutoTime and Workday
