Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join the cutting tool services Tool Grind Team located in Portland, OR
Our team utilizes Computer Numeric Control (CNC) and manual cutter grinding equipment to fabricate and resharpen cutting tools in support of one of the largest and most advanced machining facilities in the US. The Boeing Portland facility produces some of the most difficult to machine aerospace components in the world. In support of that, our tool grind shop fabricates specialized cutting tools, modifies and resharpens OEM tools and rapidly responds to emergent cutting tool requirements.
As a leader in our Tool Grind team, you will play an essential role with responsibility for maintaining production across a variety of machine tools and grinding equipment, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. The ideal candidate will combine a strong manufacturing and machining background with a customer service mindset. He or she will demonstrate solid interpersonal skills and an engaged, people focused and trust-based leadership style.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $114,300 - $133,500
