Job PurposeEmirates Flight Training Facilities offer an advanced facility with full-flight simulators for Emirates Airbus and Boeing fleet. It is a modern training facility for its flight deck crew. The Flight Training Facilities provide a range of world-class training and development programs for its workforce and other aviation professionals. In Dubai, these include the Emirates Flight Training Academy for cadets, Emirates Aviation University, the Emirates Cabin Crew Training Centre, and numerous programs specially created for different segments of its employees.
To lead the development, implementation, and management of compliance strategies and practices within Emirates Flight Training. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, promotes quality, and effectively enhances operational standards to achieve departmental and organisational objectives.
Job Outline:
- Develop and implement quality control policies and comprehensive audit programmes, including regular internal audits and structured corrective and preventive actions, to ensure complete alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the Flight Training documentation publication process, ensuring that all materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Design and implement a compliance training programme for Flight Training auditors to enhance regulatory awareness and audit proficiency.
- Identify compliance-related risks and implement effective change management processes to apply mitigation strategies across the department consistently.
- Liaise with the regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive compliance reports to Flight Training management, incorporating detailed insights, strategic recommendations, and updates on regulatory changes and industry best practices to support continuous improvement of compliance processes
QualificationDegree preferably in a related Subject (Industrial Engineering, Aviation/Business Management)
Knowledge/skills:
- Strong knowledge of CAR / IOSA / EASA requirements and Quality Management Systems.
- Formal Aviation Auditor Training qualification.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in audit/quality management software and tools.
