The GSE Assistant General Manager supports the overall management and operations of the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department, ensuring all maintenance, repair, and logistics functions run efficiently and safely. This role assists the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Assistant General Manager also helps drive process improvements, supports budgeting and resource planning, and fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
