Gate Manager (Operations) M/F

Job Description:

Responsible to manage assigned MRO operational Gates by organizing, directing and controlling the work of the operational area.Ensures reporting staff complies with the objectives on safety, quality, delivery, cost, resources and innovation.Ensure reporting staff informed of the company technical policy and customer requirements.Conduct active daily gate management and quick response quality control meetings to effectively ensure problem solving.Produce monthly production performance of the operational area and consult with production manager for improvement actions.
