We are seeking a highly engaged, hands-on General Manager to lead our Production and Repair operations. This role requires a leader who thrives on the shop floor, actively working with teams to drive results—not someone who delegates from an office.

• Provide direct, hands-on leadership across Production and Repair operations to ensure daily execution of schedules and customer priorities.
• Collaborate with Planning to monitor workload, capacity, and material readiness, adjusting priorities in real-time to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement activities focused on throughput, efficiency, and reduction of rework.

• Strong operational oversight.
• Ability to collaborate across functions.
• Commitment to improving On-Time Delivery, product flow, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Operations Management.
• Proficiency in P&L management.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
