Responsibilities
Manage FCGG’s accounts, relationships and existing frame agreements on a global all-Parker basis (“Parker’s voice externally and internally”)
Direct and coordinate FCGG activities, reporting and strategies with Parker customer service organizations, application engineering teams, groups/divisions and other stakeholders involved with the customer.
Manage the virtual global account team, integrating the entire Parker portfolio to meet customer needs
Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive business plan for FCGG to secure profitable share gain
Influence and align with the Group and Divisions Strategic Positioning processes.
Effectively convey FCGG’s view on Parker as well as future needs in terms of products, services and strategic direction.
Build and manage a comprehensive network of contacts across the account’s project business—mapping stakeholders, cultivating top and local decision-makers, and partnering with project teams / EPC to strengthen relationships and connections across sites.
Drive MRO business growth by identifying key site contacts, coordinating with local Parker distributors, tracking and replicating successful product sales across sites, and facilitating customer connections.
Grow end-user/operator agreements by targeting top MRO-value companies, utilizing expertise of frame agreements, and collaborating with the team to identify and pursue future opportunities.
Qualifications
Relevant Economics/Engineering degree (BSc / MBA or equivalent preferred)
Experience app 5 years
Fluency in English is mandatory
Must be prepared to travel globally (app. 4 business trips per year global).
Knowledge of small-bore tubing instrumentation business would be a plus.
