Google Workspace Product Manager H/F

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Google Workspace Product Manager (f/m) to join our IT Collaboration Services department based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of the Digital Workplace team inside the Information Technology Directorate responsible for all the technologies people use to get work done in today’s workplace. Inside the Digital Workplace, Collaboration Services Team is taking care of all Employee Collaboration applications. 

As part of the Collaboration Services Team, you will be the Product Manager of Google Workspace inside Airbus Helicopters. Google Workspace is today the main collaboration tool in our company. The product covers email system (Gmail), web conferencing (Google Meet and Google Lives Stream), file sharing (G Drive and Google Partner Domain), productivity tools (G Sheets, G Docs, G Slides), citizen development (AppSheet and Appscript) and different addons that increases the number of features (Lumapps, AoDocs, Diagram.net, etc).

Additionally, Google Workspace must be interfaced with different platforms in the cloud and or on premise through the Google API.

Your challenges:

• Accountable for the End to End Google Workspace Product life cycle:  from conception, design, industrialization, operation and retirement. As Google Workspace is a Group Product, permanent alignments with the other 2 divisions of the Airbus Group are also needed.  Furthermore, Google Workspace operations are guaranteed by an external IT supplier, therefore, constant work with this company is needed. Finally, you will interact with the AH project manager responsible for the MS Office Decommissioning project and the Google Workspace transformation to ensure that all needed evolutions of the Google Workspace platform fulfills end users&39; needs.     

• Continuously realigns the targets using Key Value Metrics on the business value delivered by the product and service (line) to the customers and consumers. On this activity, there is a permanent discussion with the end users and Methods and Tools of all Airbus Helicopters Directorates. 

• Advocates the product and service (line) to customers. On this task, the product manager will work closely with the Collaboration Services Change Manager and the internal  Communications Team. 

• Work in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations, combine the Strategy, Organization and Culture to create an effective environment for delivery of results. For this action, you will work with a network of Data Officers that defines under what conditions data can be managed in Google Workspace and you will be in permanent contact with Security teams. 

Your profile:

• 5 years of professional experience in Product Management

• Experience with Enterprise Cloud platforms and products: 

• Google Workspace platform and its citizen development tools like Appsheet and Appscript, Google API.

• Some experience in Google Cloud Platform would be appreciated. 

• Integration of Cloud Platforms on the landscape of legacy company IT systems.

• Certain knowledge in the development and maintenance of web conferencing tools and email systems.

• Certain knowledge with End To End monitoring of platforms and Products.

• Partner & Subcontractor Mgnt, stakeholders Mgnt, Customers expectations & needs definition

• Documentation Production, Service Level Management

• Ability to progress in a complex environment working with all the divisions is mandatory.

• Capacity to learn new technologies.

• Proven track record working in Agile Scrum/Safe and/or Kanban projects.

• Open-minded, self-awareness, transparency, and welcome feedback will be highly appreciated skills.

• English language negotiation level, French and/or German.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
