Were seeking a Ground Operations Customer Experience Training Manager based in London Gatwick to design and implement impactful training programs for our team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities include managing all customer experience training initiatives, leading a team of trainers, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs. This role involves instructional design, implementation, and evaluation to maximize training ROI and support the organizations long-term success. The successful candidate will actively contribute to the Training Management Team and participate in ongoing training initiatives and projects as directed.
What you need to do this role
You should possess a deep enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and training, coupled with outstanding organisational abilities and creative thinking. You must demonstrate resilience and determination in a fast-paced environment, along with a commitment to continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is experience in delivering training and designing programs in corporate settings.
Familiarity with diverse learning styles, effective training techniques, and IT systems is required. Desirable qualifications include a history of designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance customer experience, sales, or employee performance, as well as a proven track record of improving training effectiveness.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position based at Gatwick Airport. Some occasional Network travel will be required to facilitate this role.
