Position Summary:
A true generalist role, you will be responsible for providing high quality, responsive and timely HR advice, support and consultancy services to site managers and employees across a broad range of services including but not limited to; recruitment and selection, learning and development, coaching and mentoring, performance management, industrial relations, injury management, policy and remuneration/benefits. This position will also be responsible for associated administration to support these functions.
It is a fast paced, dynamic environment where your role will change daily allowing you to make the most of your HR skills and experience. With role variety, prioritising and managing the HR challenges will require flexibility and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude/approach to HR activities.
