Job Description SummaryThis role is a part of the Separation Management Office supporting the transition from GE Corporate to GE Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the planning and implementing of multiple large scale transition efforts.


The HR Product Testing Manager oversees the testing of our HR products to ensure optimal end user experience as it relates to product releases, enhancements and new requests. As the HR Product Testing Manager, you will work across various teams to understand the configured solutions and develop test plans based on those solutions. You will also be responsible for reviewing the various HR systems release notes and/ or functional requirement documents, working with the product leads to understand new functionality and developing test plans for the system releases by reviewing documentation, release notes, functional processes surrounding the request, and understanding/documenting test scenarios. Your will work with the test coordinator to establish the testing group, approval of test scenarios / scripts and mining of data to be used during testing. You will identify trends and/or improvements and leverage expertise to collaborate with cross functional teams. You will ensure optimal employee experience and customer value with proposed solutions. This includes driving and/or coordinating lean continuous improvement initiatives globally as necessary.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR product user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Responsible for HR product testing activities including the review and approval of detailed business requirements, technical design solutions, development of use case test plans, test cases, test data, development of test scripts, execution of test procedures and results.
  • Evaluates performance issues to identify key trends and communicate findings to vendors, staff, the change team, and leadership.
  • Contribute to business requirements gathering sessions for required enhancements
  • Proactively interact with key stakeholders to understand operational needs and liaise with the technology team on system solutions, development and releases related testing.
  • Manages lean methodology to delivery optimal customer value and employee experience.
  • Partners closely with the technology team in support of all tools to execute change beginning in initial design through testing and to deployment.
  • Partner closely with various teams to create and execute test cases to support change.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 9 years of relevant work experience).
  • Minimum 5 years prior professional work experience in HR Systems or related Technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UAT testing and in development of test cases

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $111,100 - 185,200. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on February 23rd, 2024.
