ABOUT THE JOB
- Youll create and execute our global growth strategy, scaling from 6 owned boats to a fleet of 50 through a hybrid owned and franchised model within five years.
- Well rely on you to lead the P&L for owned operations while ensuring commercial success across all business models.
- Working closely with our Product Management Experiences team and local Operations, youll design and continuously enhance the onboard experience, routes, and service standards.
- Maintaining comprehensive standard operating procedures will be essential to ensure safety, quality, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout our fleet.
- In collaboration with local operations, youll oversee the recruitment, training, and certification of captains and crew to deliver the premium TUI experience.
- Taking responsibility for fleet maintenance and vessel readiness across all owned bases, youll ensure our boats consistently meet our high standards.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven leadership experience in marine operations, preferably within leisure, travel, or passenger fleet environments.
- Managing P&L and scaling multi-vessel or multi-site operations internationally comes naturally to you.
- Your deep understanding of maritime regulation, safety protocols, and crew management ensures our operations meet the highest standards.
- Were looking for someone with strong commercial acumen who can design, launch, and scale customer-facing products that delight our guests.
- Experience developing partnership or franchise models will help you build our network of trusted operators.
- Your hands-on, entrepreneurial approach enables you to move confidently from concept to execution in this dynamic role.
- Excellent negotiation skills and cross-cultural leadership abilities are essential as youll work with diverse stakeholders across multiple spanets.
- A willingness to travel extensively is necessary as youll be overseeing operations across various locations.
