Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywells world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the worlds most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywells Load, Pressure & Torque sensor production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma and 4+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams of 10 + employees in a manufacturing environment
PreferredQualifications:
CNC Machining and programming experience
Bachelors or Associates Degree in a relevant field
2+ years leading a team of CNC machine operators in a manufacturing environment
Experience driving lean activities in manufacturing
Experience in a high mix production environment
