• Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software
• Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders
• Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers
• Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities
• Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers
• Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately
• Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software
• Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility
• Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed

• Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies
• Proficiency in process management
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Fluent in English; German language skills desirable
