Job SummaryThe IT Leader Jr. will support the IT department in maintaining and improving the companys information technology infrastructure and systems. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in IT within a dynamic global organization.Job Responsibilities* Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.* Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures and protocols.* Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.* Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.* Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.* Assist in managing and maintaining IT inventory and asset tracking.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and processes.---Job Qualifications* Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.* 7years of experience in an IT support or related role.* Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware components.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop new technical skills.* Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
