Are you a results-driven, team-oriented leader? This is the opportunity for you! As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for managing many projects and tasks in varying IT areas such as business application development, application support, systems administration, network administration, and others. You will need to have a strong understanding of IT practices and terminology in order to be knowledgeable enough to understand when to raise questions in order to correctly steer the project to completion. You will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable technologist with strong communication skills specifically seeking an environment where you will impact the direction of the organization, and be a key contributor to the overall success of the business. The pace is exceptionally fast at SNC, and our dynamic environment will see many new projects in the coming year. The IT Project Manager will need to be agile and flexible, as changes will be certain and frequent.

This role is open to a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting coordination and facilitation
  • Task identification, tracking, and management
  • Project budget management
  • Project resource forecasting and management to actuals
  • Communication to many levels of the organization (team to executive)

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field and typically, 2-4 years of technical / IT project management experience.
    • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
    • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and articulate them to others
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Team player, with the ability to take accountability for the project and lead the team
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with agile as well as waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge and expertise in the areas of project planning, management, execution, and monitoring of project risks
  • PMP Certification
  • Any sort of IT certification a plus

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $91,154.71 - $125,337.72. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
