In order to support our diverse and international Digital Workplace team, we at Airbus Commercial are looking for you as an IT Service Manager - Content Management (d/f/m) who will help us industrialize and strengthen our service delivery and global operations, especially with our new outsourcing contract delivered from India.
The goal of Digital Workplace is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross functional collaboration, improved productivity, greater company integration, and improved transparency and more open and horizontal information exchange. This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities
You will define the Service and Product Line descriptions, the Service Line Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager
You will monitor, report and manage the fulfillment of the SLAs and initiate actions for mitigation in case of non-fulfillment together with the product manager
You will manage the maintenance of cost allocation together with the business
You will drive and report on the delivery of IS services according to SLAs and cost optimization for infrastructure or applications
You will define the required corrective actions to meet the objectives and drive the associated operational teams
You will ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations
You will monitor both insourced and outsourced teams and activities (in conjunction with contract management done in the sourcing teams)
You will be responsible for the budget management of related products
Desired skills and qualifications
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology or bring a comparable qualification combined with several years of work experience in IT Service Management
You bring good knowledge of IT Operations (ITIL)
Ideally, you bring experience in Contract Management for projects/ programmes
You like to take responsibility, also for budget management
Work experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe and/ or Kanban projects is considered a plus
You have good communication skills that enable you to synthesize, structure and vulgarize highly technical topics
You want to drive change and are good in managing stakeholders at different levels including partners and subcontractors
You bring a collaborative and curious mindset and always strive to develop yourself and others
You are fluent in English and German
Business Travels
This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Current estimation is once a month for two days.
This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
