Inclusion Manager
Job Description:

Inclusion Manager

We are easyJet – a FTSE-100 listed, multi-billion low-cost airline that serves tens of millions of customers every single year. If you’re reading this, you have probably already been an easyJet customer, and you’ll know that there is no more iconic (or Orange!) travel brand in Europe.

We fly more than 1,207 routes, connecting 38 countries across Europe, and employ more than 19,000 colleagues. We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

Join our Inclusion and Wellbeing team at easyJet, where our mission is to create an environment where every individual feels supported, valued, and empowered to contribute their best. We believe that inclusion and wellbeing are the cornerstones of a thriving workplace, building a culture of belonging and care.
As part of our journey to becoming Europe’s most loved place to work, we focus on embedding equity into our systems and solutions, measuring impact to inform decision-making, and ultimately driving performance, trust, and engagement across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Inclusion Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing and play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. You will lead the Inclusion aspect of our broader Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, managing our seven colleague networks and partnering with senior leaders to integrate inclusive principles throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include driving strategic inclusion programmes, enhancing the “You Matter” hub, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the development of annual DEI reports and contributing to initiatives that enhance colleague engagement and wellbeing across easyJet.

Job Requirements:

What You’ll Bring to the Role
We are seeking an Inclusion Manager who brings a minimum of five years' experience in delivering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across global businesses. You will have a broad and robust understanding of various aspects of People Experience, including Wellbeing, Learning, and Engagement.
This role requires a deep expertise in inclusion and wellbeing, with a proven ability to consult and collaborate effectively to unite diverse teams.
You will have a lived experience of driving inclusion within large operations and will be adept at leveraging knowledge of external markets and legislative changes to enhance easyJet's DEI strategy. Additionally, you will be capable of working cross-functionally with the People Experience team to build a culture of inclusivity throughout the organisation.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.

What you’ll get in return
> Competitive base salary
> Up to 20% bonus
> 25 days holiday
> BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes
> 7% pension
> Life Assurance
> Flexible benefits package
> Excellent staff travel benefits
