An offer entitled &34;Information Management - eCommerce Product Manager (m/f)&34; has just opened within Airbus Helicopters on its Marignane site.

You will join the team of Airbus Helicopters Spares MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) Training  within the Information Management Directorate.

You will lead the IT Product MFT team in order to manage the IT Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA&39;s (Service Level Agreement).

Your challenges:

• Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products.

• Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line)

• Ensures that the known Product Vision is translated into a prioritized Product Backlog in alignment with the business product owner.

• Establishes two-way-dialogue to translate Business Needs against known technical & resource constraints

• Responsible for Continuous Release Management.

• Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and ensures a product that best serves both.

• Ensures the participation of a Customer Advocate responsible for ROI of the features of the product by maximizing the Business Value, including the eventual improvement of the product. 

Scope (main activities, IM products, IM services)

• To ensure technical and functional consistency of 1 and/or portfolios of business products:

• eCommerce Hybris (lead)

• WEBMRO (contributor/ back-up of existing product manager)

• To be the technical lead (Technology specialist) on eCommerce products and manage these platforms assets (housekeeping, best practices check etc.)

• To ensure project technical delivery (make or buy)

• To be IMPL for new projects on your product

• To drive AMS 

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the End to End Product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation and retirement.

• Responsible for Multi-Functional Team training in order to manage the IT Product lifecycle.

• Defines the product and service (line) strategy and manage the product and service (line) life cycle from idea to retirement.

• Continuously realigns the targets using Key Value Metrics on the business value delivered by the product and service (line) to the customers and consumers.

• Advocates the product and service (line) to customers and leads communication efforts toward consumers if appropriate.

• Works effectively with a self-organized team to identify opportunities and create a product that satisfies the customer including Time, Quality and Cost of the Product.&39;

Your profile:

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience on WEB Product Management

• Positive experience on medium / complex WEB product management

• Good knowledge of WEB technologies and related development frameworks

• Good Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) / Mirakl / Java / Javascript / Angular / API gateway (mulesoft)

• Good knowledge of WEB solutions architecture is highly appreciated

• Partner & Subcontractor Mgnt, stakeholders Mgnt, Customers expectations & needs​

• IT & Business Strategy Alignment, IT Product Design, IT Product Design, IT Product Development

• Agile for Project Mgnt, Programme / Project Portfolio Control, Product/Service Planning

• Documentation Production, Service Level Management, Change Support

• MRO component process knowledge is highly appreciated

• SAP ECC6 or SAP S/4 (mainly module SD, PM, CS) knowledge/experience could be a plus

• Good team spirit and Customer orientation

• Good English level
