ALIS/MPE Administrators directly support JSF operations by assuring the integrity of data stored within the system by maintaining the internal databases and applications. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact in customer discussions during the flight and evaluation activities while maintaining system functionality. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access.
This role is in support of Ebbing Field that will be based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We are seeking an experienced ALIS Administrator to work on the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)/ Mission Planning Environment (MPE). In this role you will be required to know/ cross-train into multiple functions (Database, Network, Systems, Security, Mission Planning Administration) - Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst. Technical experience in one or more of these areas is a must.
Also, responsible for L-code personnel management of ALIS/Mission Planning Administrators (LM Commit, expense report and timecard approval, employee retention and training) Overseeing day-to-day technical issues, operational issues, training, and ensuring processes and documentation are properly followed.

* Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting daily with customers and ALIS/LM and local military leadership
• Maintaining smooth, secure operation of ALIS/ODIN/MPE through system monitoring and coordination with peers, Tier 2 NASC and Tier 3 Engineers
• Maintaining local node cybersecurity posture in accordance with F-35 program documentation
• Training ICS ALIS Administrators or Mission Planning Environment Administrators on the ALIS system as needed to ensure forward progression of team training and cross-functionality
• Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance
• Standard site reporting (weekly activity, SDP status, DTR backlog)

Basic Qualifications:
• Leadership experience to include employee recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, & career development is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ALIS as a System/Database/Network/Mission Planning
• Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 6 years
• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire
Desired Skills:
• Program participants at Ebbing Field will be new to the program and ALIS/ODIN/MPE operations. A solid foundation of experience in and ability to describe technical details.
• This is a salaried position for an operational support role for multiple training units. As such, the selected candidate may be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week—which may include weekends—as dictated by mission requirements.
• Prior experience with foreign partners
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin F-35-adjacent support tools, products, and processes
• Strong business acumen, tactical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience working with or supporting the US military/Foreign Military
• A US DoD Top Secret Clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
