As an Enterprise Classified Cyber Security Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) with a focus on supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, your role is critical in ensuring the security and compliance of classified information systems. Here are key responsibilities and recommended strategies to excel in this position:

Daily activities include providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems and networks, cyber technology development and implementation, assessing threats and vulnerabilities, and writing and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.).

A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization.
Additional duties include:

Participate in the planning of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).

Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.

Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware and software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations and incidents.

Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles and/or issues affecting architectures and deployments.

Provide mentoring and guidance to less senior technical professionals.

By successfully carrying out these responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to the security and success of classified information systems within the Department of Defense. Regular training, collaboration, and proactive measures will be essential to meeting the dynamic challenges of the cybersecurity landscape.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have a top secret clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years.

Basic Qualifications:
Possess DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (i.e., CISM or CISSP)

Experience executing Security STIG/Hardening on diverse LINUX and Windows Operating Systems based on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs.

Experience in designing, developing and integrating classified computer systems and networks in compliance with government regulations.

Prior Enterprise ISSM experience.

Experience with Risk Managed Framework (RMF) or Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements

Ability to juggle the demands of multiple diverse customers while formulating & driving security direction.

Recognized cloud proficiency (CSSP, AWS, CSA, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSK or others)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
