Description:The ATMP ISSM implements the overall security program approved by the AO. The ATMP ISSM has overall responsibility for site’s IS security. The ATMP ISSM is the focal point for policy and guidance at the Combat Training Centers and all network security matters. The ATMP ISSM reports to and supports the PM TRADE ISSM.

• The ATMP ISSM establishes the minimum requirement for system access and manages the Security Training program in accordance with this security plan
• Ensures the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) is used for tracking all authorized user training records prior to authorizing account creation
• Appoints all privileged-level, IA level 1-3 roles for system, network and security administrators on the CTC-IS, to include formal appointment orders, upload and management on ATCTS, and ensuring baseline IA and Computing Environment (CE) certifications are completed IAW DOD 8570.01-M
• Ensure all privileged users have read and signed the Privileged Level Access Agreement (PLAA), to include upload to ATCTS, as well as local management
• Overall responsible for the security management of the CTC-IS and act as the staff focal point for any CTC-IS security issues
• Provides guidance to ensure maximum protection against compromise and theft of sensitive information and to prevent the misuse or misappropriation of the CTC-IS
• Ensures all changes in the security environment are coordinated with the next higher headquarters ISSM or PM ISSM
• Ensures an accurate inventory of all CTC-IS hardware and software is maintained. Ensure this inventory is reconciled at least annually
• Conduct periodic inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with this SP and other policies pertaining to CTC-IS security
• Suspend operations partially or completely upon detection of actions affecting CTC-IS security
• Immediately reports any information system security incidents discovered regarding the CTC-IS IAW the CTC-IS Incident Response Plan
• Immediately reports any attempt to gain unauthorized access to sensitive defense information, any system failure, or any suspected defect that could lead to unauthorized disclosure. Also advise the S-2/Security Manager of security incidents or violations
• Reviews and updates the information security architecture annually to reflect updates in the enterprise architecture
• Once anomalies or vulnerabilities are reported corrective action is taken immediately
• Ensures for the software and/or firmware updates take place on a semi-annual basis
• Performs an integrity check of approved software and firmware on an annual basis
• 50 Travel required
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
1) Previous ISSM or ISSO experience
2) Interim Top Secret Clearance
3) Experience performing the continuous monitoring of system security controls
4) Must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships
5) Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting and analytical skills
6) Maintains industry certification in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M & DODD 8140.01 for IA Manager (IAM) Level II
Desired Skills:
1) Ability to work independently without appreciable direction.
2) Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
