Tasks

The following tasks await you during your internship:

  • Support in the creation, maintenance and further development of key figure reporting for the management and optimization of medical processes
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects with a focus on process management and increasing efficiency
  • Supporting and documenting process changes in close coordination with specialist departments
  • Supporting compliance with data protection regulations as part of ongoing projects
  • Contributing to the further development of IT systems and digital tools for process optimization
  • Involvement in the design and optimization of billing processes in the medical environment

Requirements

  • Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working to record, analyze and optimize processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, as the work is often cross-functional and involves coordination with various stakeholders
