Tasks

In the Safety Operations team at Austrian Airlines, you will play a key role in the safety management of flight operations and our employees. The associated tasks are distributed across the company,including nearly all areas.

You drive digitalization and further development of risk management and form an important interface to various business areas
You proactively contribute with new ideas in the area of safety operations and risk management
You participate in the evaluation of risk analyses in the field of flight operations
You are responsible for the independent preparation and implementation of projects
You support the team with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

Requirements

You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)

You speak German and English fluently
You are passionate about actively shaping the risk management of an international airline
You are interested in complex interrelationships and developing innovative perspectives with "out-of-the-box" thinking approaches and IT-based solutions
You are enthusiastic about the aviation industry
You enjoy working in a motivated team
You show initiative and a willingness to learn
You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
You have an affinity for digital tools, especially business intelligence solutions, and work in a data-oriented manner
You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
