The Inventory & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, and shipping/receiving activities within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient material flow to support production schedules, and compliant domestic and international shipments. The Inventory & Logistics Manager will lead a team of material handlers and shipping personnel while driving continuous improvement in inventory processes, warehouse organization, and logistics performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. • 5+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, and logistics management in a manufacturing or assembly line environment. • Aerospace, aviation, or highly regulated manufacturing industry experience preferred. • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle, or similar). • Experience managing domestic/international shipping, freight carriers, and export compliance. • Knowledge of inventory control practices, traceability, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems. • Leadership experience managing warehouse or material handling teams. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
