* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* A minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; or 2 years post-secondary Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
* Must be able to perform the job successfully.
* Possess the experience and knowledge of Inventory Management, Cycle Counting, Shipping & Receiving, Palletizing, and Material Handling.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Ability to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Ability to work under minimal supervision.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of money, weight measurement, volume, and distance. Job Duties & Functions
* Package shipments internally per procedures or coordinate with an outside packing house.
* Interface with internal departments and external shipping services or freight companies to ensure timely shipments.
* Generate shippers and labels for shipment of hardware and materials, including finished products and detail parts.
* Perform visual inspection of incoming materials for physical damage.
* Analyze incoming paperwork for accuracy and receive materials into the ERP system when documentation is correct.
* Report discrepancies and place materials on hold as required.
* Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved.
* Open containers and load or unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, or shelves by hand.
* Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage in transit.
* Move materials from storage or work sites to designated areas such as receiving inspection.
* Secure lifting attachments to materials and signal crane or hoisting operators as needed.
* Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and span information on containers.
* Stack or assemble materials into bundles and band bundles together.
* Lift heavy objects by hand or with a power hoist, operate industrial trucks or electric hoists, and maintain a clean work area.
