Make Your Impact in Aerospace OperationsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Inventory Analyst for a 6-month, full-time consulting role supporting a major aerospace program. With a clear focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, this position plays a vital role in maintaining seamless stockroom and inventory operations—without any physical material handling.
You’ll work in a structured, professional environment where your ability to analyze, plan, and communicate directly supports production timelines and mission readiness.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll Do:Plan, schedule, and manage inventory cycle counts, including recounts and reconciliation
Collaborate with shift supervisors to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Respond to internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy of inventory data and practices
Maintain and manage the inventory adjustment report with attention to detail
Analyze pulled inventory at your desk (no handling—union team manages material movement)
Engage with internal customers to understand and support evolving inventory needs
Support stockroom operations and distribution processes from a data and planning perspective
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:Prior experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or supply chain support
Strong understanding of cycle count planning, reconciliation, and reporting
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and supervisors
High level of accuracy, organization, and analytical thinking
Comfortable working in a union environment with limited physical material interaction
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in aerospace or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Audit readiness experience and exposure to compliance-driven environments

Pay Details: $47.21 per hour
