Junior Business Relationship Manager m/f

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Digital Department based in Toulouse, France.

As a Business Relationship Manager, you wil be part of the Digital Workplace team. Digital Workplace was established to be an enabler of Digital Transformation across Airbus. 

Digital Workplace deeply transformed its technical environment by going massively from on premises solutions to cloud based solutions (Google Workspace, WorkspaceOne…). 

The ambition to improve user experience, improve productivity, drive cost savings while enabling flexibility and innovation is then closely linked to the respect of the quality processes. 

Its primary focus is to:

• Provide employees with simple, intuitive and easy to use workplace tools and services; 

• Enable employees to create and collaborate from anywhere at any time;

• Enable continuous optimisation of work experience and productivity underpinned by fit-for-purpose security.  

Digital Workplace consists of the following core elements:

• Devices and Services,

• Employee Collaboration, 

• User Experience.

Your challenges:

• Support the daily operations of all Digital Workplace (DW) Products for the Toulouse location;

• Look after a dedicated scope to build and maintain a fruitful business relationship with the Airbus business functions. (Human Ressources /shopfloor/Engineering/Operations/Procurement …);

• Ensure that for all Digital Worplace (DW) products, all services (e.g. Incident/Installation/Move/Add/Cancellation/Refresh) are delivered to the required quality and Business defined SLA’s. 

• Monitor using ServiceNow dashboards and report on the quality of the services delivered

• Managing the service provider relationship including:  Support for any questions related to DW process, governance or policies, Monitor supplier root cause analysis and action plan implementation.

• Face-to-face meetings with business representatives: Understanding their needs (current and future) and service requirements; collecting business feedback based on demonstrated performance to enable continuous improvement of DW products. 

• Collaborate with others teams within Digital to ensure maximum efficiency of DW services. Transnational in some cases
