This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area as an P4. The successful candidate will lead the management of new program baselining cost control, EVMS compliance, Financial Forecasting and assist in overall financial execution of legacy backlog programs.

As the program lead, you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team and will be responsible for leadership and influence of the various Raytheon Execution Teams. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial control including review of the financial forecasts, manpower reporting, development of the annual operating plan and long range plan, Earned Value reporting, EACs, funding analysis, proposals, negotiations and gate support. This position requires proactive leadership and significant partnership with Program Directors, Program Managers, and Technical teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives.
This position is being offered as onsite in Tewksbury, MA and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently
Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis
Coordinate the development Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Support proposal development and program start up activities
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years finance work experience
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) or similar systems
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar systems
Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with Proposals
Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in team environment to provide solution and continuous process improvement

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
