Description:

• Perform line and hangar maintenance and repair on Airbus aircraft for Frontier Airlines
• Responsible for servicing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components
• Complete airworthiness releases (within scope of approval) to return aircraft to service
• Serve as a Lead over 3-5 other Aircraft Technicians, which will entail a mixture of hands-on maintenance and computer work
• Communicate with customers as a Lead Technician
• Mechanics may be able to get Gen Fam courses for Airbus and/or Boeing models
• Mechanics receive flight benefits from Frontier while on this assignment
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• FAA A&P License is required
• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience is required
• Willingness to speak to customers on the phone is required
• Tools are required
• Experience as a Lead Mechanic is preferred, but not required

Pay:

• $38/hr - $44/hr
• Per Diem is available

Work Schedule:

• Must be able to work 2^nd or 3^rd shift
• Must be able to work any day of the week
• Its likely that youd work a 4x10 or 3x12 schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
