Asa Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial rolein overseeing and coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure efficientproduction and adherence to quality standards. You will lead a team oftechnicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet productiongoals and deliver high-quality products to our customers. You will reportdirectly to our Quality Engineering & Support Operations Manager, and willwork on site at our Minneapolis, MN location. In this role, you will impact the success of our quality operations byproviding leadership and technical expertise to ensure smooth productionprocesses and timely delivery of products. 

Key Responsibilities
  •  Leador collaborate with a team of technicians to provide guidance and support toensure smooth production processes
  • Conductquality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Implement corrective actions toaddress quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, tomeet production goals
  • Support the delivery of high-quality products
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due tocompliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be aU.S. Citizen. 

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5years of experience in manufacturing operations, of which 3 years in a Quality Technician or related role
  • 3 years reading and interpreting technical work instructions
  • 1 year experience in dimensional identification and part measurement
  • 1 year experience supporting/participating in an AS9100/ISO9001

  • 1 year in first article inspection
  • Strongtechnical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Experience collaboratingwith a team of technicians and engineers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Associatedegree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the aerospace industry standards
  • Experience with AS9100/ISO9001
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
