Lead Harness Technician – Contract to Hire

📍 Centennial, CO

🕒 Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

💵 Pay: $35–$38/hour

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Harness Technician to guide a team in assembling wire and cable harnesses for aerospace and electronics applications. If you enjoy hands-on work and leading others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

• Lead a team in assembling wire, cable, and sleeving materials
• Perform tasks like soldering, crimping, potting, labeling, and connector loading
• Operate stripping machines and manual tools
• Review documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
• Inspect materials for damage or defects
• Build harnesses using assembly boards
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Report safety concerns and follow all safety protocols
• Support team punctuality and adherence to schedules
• Take on additional tasks as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–5 months of experience in electronics or assembly
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures

• IPC 620/610 and J-STD-001 certifications
• Strong soldering and crimping skills
• Experience with box builds and ESD practices
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
