As a Lead, Warehouse, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, picking and shipment of aircraft parts and tooling.
What you’ll do:
Assign and oversee work of warehouse technicians to meet production and shipping schedules
Conduct daily safety huddles and enforce 5S, PPE and material‑handling guidelines
Coordinate with Logistics and Planning to prioritize inbound and outbound material flow
Operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks
Primarily manage shipping duties
Loading and unloading cargo when needed
Operate pallet jacks, flats and forklifts
Organize and keeping track of documents
Communicate with drivers and employees
Maintain a clean and safe dock area
Check for damage of incoming shipments
Verify shipping documents and label boxes properly
Mentor and provide guidance for dock associate
Basic Qualifications
Must have excellent computer skills
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
High school diploma/GED; additional coursework in logistics or supervision desirable.
3+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
Proficient in inventory systems and RF scanners.
Certified to operate material‑handling equipment or ability to obtain certification.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and organizational skills.
