In your role, you will
- Proactively oversee and manage environmental activities at Bombardiers manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate and support stakeholders in the strategic development and implementation of the environmental part of our ESG plan.
- Work closely with plant engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Ensure that environmental compliance risks are adequately managed across the organization.
- Implement initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our activities.
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures in line with our ISO14001 certification.
- Establish a process to identify best practices and trends in the environment within our industry.
- Manage the development of the environmental advisory team.
- Manage team budget.
As our ideal candidate
- You hold a degree in environment, environmental science or a related field.
- You have 8 years of experience in environmental management in a manufacturing environment.
- You have a good knowledge of environmental standards and applicable regulations.
- You can think strategically, seek original solutions, analyze and solve problems.
- You have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills.
- You are bilingual (English & French).
- You have experience in team management -Asset
