Proven ability to lead and manage union personnel effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Extensive knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, including process planning and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
Skilled communicator, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with site leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Experience with GD&T/Aerospace tolerances and CAD/CAM tools, ensuring technical accuracy in planning outputs.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational objectives.
What you need to be successful
Inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion for innovation and leadership.
A BS in Engineering, supply chain management, business management, leadership, OR equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience and/or relative supervisory experience is required).
Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing or related discipline.
