Lean and Agile Project Manager

Job Description:

SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check)

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK and international

LOCATION: Filton (Typically 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote)

TYPE: Full time / STEM returner

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

• Spread the adoption of a Lean or Agile mindset across the business, specifically in the UK 

• Help to identify and formulate options for Lean/Agile transformation, using System Engineering and System thinking methods 

• Lead on projects and act as a scrum master or RTE to implement change

• Mentor and coach managers and teams to improve their skills in Lean and Agile

• Ensure that ways of working are consistent across Airbus and promote alignment between different approaches beyond Agile and Lean

• Introduce other disciplines such as UX , Data Analytics and System Engineering

• Proven experience working in an agile environment

• Operational experience in Agile ways of working

• Strong training, coaching, mentoring, facilitation and communication skills
